Adam Armstrong

Adam Antone Armstrong, 52, of Keene, Texas passed away Tuesday, April 15, 2025, in Fort Worth, Texas. There are no services scheduled at this time.

Adam Armstrong was born in San Jose, California on July 14, 1972, the son of Judyne (Hassenpflug) and Nels Armstrong.

He began his career as a plastics engineer and was working towards changing the way plastics are recycled and reused. His love of fossils led him to become a paleontologist. Adam married Angela Jurmu on December 17, 1999, in Cleburne, Texas. He was of the Christian faith.

Adam was preceded in death by his mother Judyne Carwell; son, Daniel Armstrong; and brother, Damien Armstrong.

He is survived by his wife Angela Armstrong of Keene; sons Gabriel Armstrong and wife, Ashleigh, of Fort Worth and Hunter Armstrong of Keene; daughter, Amberly Armstong of Overland Park, Kansas; father, Nels Armstrong of Keene; biological father, Williams Soares of Ardmore, Oklahoma; step-father, Dean Carwell of Keene; brother, Chris Soares of Oklahoma; two grandchildren; and other family members and friends.

The family asks that any memorials be made to the Go Fund Me Account set up in Adam's name.
