Services for Lynda Kay Allen, 69, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m., Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park where she will be united with her husband, Tom Allen. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, Feb. 26, 2018 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Lynda passed away on Thursday, Feb. 22, 2018 in Cleburne, Texas. She was born Aug. 26, 1948 in Fort Scott, Kansas to Caroline Anna (Lawson) and Michael Avery Blankenship. Lynda was part owner of AMS Company of Cleburne. She was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, Tom Allen.
She is survived by her son, Chad Allen and wife, Lauri, of Burleson and only granddaughter, Payton Harper Allen; daughter, Ashley Allen of Denton; brother, Kregg Blankenship and wife, Mary, of Fort Scott, Kansas; sisters, Diana King of Arlington, Mary Ann Kerley and husband, Richard, of Fort Scott, Kansas; and numerous nieces and nephews who she loved dearly.
