Alvin Dale Lansdell, 77, of Blum, Texas passed away Sunday, August 6, 2023 in Fort Worth. He was born June 16, 1946 in Valliant, Oklahoma to Hazel (Blount) and Arthur Lansdell.

Alvin Lansdell was a retired master carpenter who loved to watch Gunsmoke and drinking Coca-Cola. He was a member of the Blum Methodist Church. Alvin was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Carolyn and Debbie; and daughter, Brandy Torgersen.

Survivors include his daughter, Vicki Swaney of McKinney; brother, Terry Lansdell of Foreman, Arkansas; husband-in-law, Mike Pruitt and wife, Jan Lansdell Pruitt; four grandchildren, Preston Pruitt, Angela Barkley, Lindsey Gensler, Kayleigh Swaney.
