Services for Janie Anderson, 93, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 11:00 A.M., Tuesday, May 5, 2020 in the Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne. Pastor Larry Elsea will officiate. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Steve Anderson, Morgan Halbert, Casey Morris, Noah Hudson, Tommy Shoemaker and Barry Chautin.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4:00-8:00 P.M., Monday, May 4, 2020 at Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne.
Janie Anderson passed away Saturday, May 2, 2020 in Cleburne. She was born January 15, 1927 in Johnson County, Texas to Esker Lee (Williams) and Virgil L. Oliver.
Mrs. Anderson was a retired caregiver. She loved spending time with her family and friends. She was of the Baptist faith. Janie was preceded in death by her parents; and beloved husband, Jack Anderson.
Survivors include her daughters, Susy Shoemaker and husband Gary of Evant, Texas; Lisa Dunham of Houston, Texas, and Lindsey Halbert and husband Morgan of Burleson, Texas; son, Steve Anderson of Cleburne, Texas; grandchildren, Clayton Walls, Miles Halbert, Morgan Morris and Mecca Halbert; four great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren; her dearest friend, Carmen Garcia; and many other relatives and friends.
