Funeral services for Jose J. Barron, Sr., 65, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, April 9, 2021 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Father Sergio Rizo officiating; assisted by the Rev. Kirkland Cross. Burial will follow at Rosehill Cemetery.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, April 8, 2021 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Joaquin Barron, Felipe Barron, Chris Barron, Scott Barron, Victor Tapia, Arthur Wooldridge, P.J. Barron and Adriel Barron. Honorary pallbearers will be Jesus and Juan Aguero.
Jose passed away Saturday, April 3, 2021 in Cleburne. He was born in Durango, Mexico on November 1, 1955 to Amparo (Ruiz) and Felipe Barron.
Jose married Arlene Rocha on March 5, 1980 in Cleburne and was a loving husband of 41 years. He was a prominent welder and fabricator his whole life. He was a social person and had a beautiful soul. Jose attracted all kinds of people and was loved by everyone. Everywhere he went, he brought happiness and joy.
Anything Jose started, he finished; and he taught his family to do the same. He was a dependable, hard working, and amazing family man. Jose was loved and cherished by his wife, kids, grandchildren, friends, and neighbors.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Ruben Aguero.
Jose is survived by his wife, Arlene Barron of Cleburne; sons, Joaquin Barron of Joshua, Texas, Felipe Barron of Cleburne, Chris Barron and wife, Rosa, of Burleson, Texas , and Scott Barron and wife, Martha, of Midlothian, Texas; daughters, Darlene Barron, and Sabrina Barron and Victor Tapia, all of Cleburne; brothers, Juan Aguero and wife, Anna, of Fort Worth, Texas, Pedro Aguero and wife, Luduceo, of Acuna, Mexico, and Jesus Aguero and wife, Jasmine, of Fort Worth; sisters, Selvera Barron of Rio Bravo, Mexico, Mercedes Aguero and Romana Hernandez-Aguero, both of Acuna, and Rayna Aguero of Durango; 11 grandchildren; and many other family members and friends.
