Graveside service for Jeanne Elizabeth Battles, 93, of Cleburne will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Friday, July 19, 2019 in the Rosehill Cemetery.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 6-8:00 P.M., Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Jeanne Elizabeth Battles passed away on Friday, July 12, 2019 in Cleburne. She was born August 7, 1925 in Tulia, Texas. She married Robert Battles on April 29, 1950 in Ardmore, Oklahoma.
Mrs. Battles was a retired RN. She was of the Seventh-day Adventist faith. Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Sherry Battles in 1992; granddaughter, Tiffany Murdick; and brothers, Donovan, Blue and Buddy Weems.
Survivors include her beloved husband of 69 years, Robert Battles; daughters, Patsie Irish and Pamela Holland and husband Hugh; grandchildren, Tracy Alvarado, Travis Irish, Tim Irish, Meagan Murdick, and Macy Horton, Skylar Moon, Gage Murdick, Wade Battles and Eston Battles; great grandchildren, Saydee Horton, Kallie Horton, Ayden Alvarado, Ryan Battles, Logan Battles, Brody Battles, Eston Battles Jr., Brazos Miller, Alana Irish, Mason Irish, Ethan Irish and Luca Moon; sisters, Ann Miller and Pat Allen and husband George; and numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
