Betty June Frey, 92, of Burleson, Texas passed away Monday, February 2, 2026, at her home. 

Services will be held in Colorado at a later date.

Betty was born in Denver, Colorado on December 12, 1933, the daughter of Sybil (Fountain) and John Edward Frey.

She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Ralph Murphy; daughter, Kathleen Murphy; grandson, Damon Murphy; and brother, Edward Frey.

Betty is survived by Robert Murphy and wife, Lynn, of Morro Bay, California; daughters, Leslie Jacobsen and husband, Wade, of Burleson and Deborah Murphy; brothers, Ralph Frey of Kansas and Thom Frey of Denver; sister, Pamela Gerben and husband, Alex, also of Denver; grandchildren, Nicholous Swaim, Jeremiah Swaim, Gavin Bynum, Heather Bynum, Hannah Murphy, and Jordan Alexander; great-grandchildren, Liam and Adam Swaim; and other family members and friends.
