Funeral services for Betty Lehrmann, 91, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, November 28, 2022 at the Westhill Church of Christ with Mr. Russell Crook officiating.

Burial will follow in Greenacres Memorial Park with Brandon Lehrmann, Christian Lehrmann, Cameron Lehrmann, Tyler Adams, Beau Lehrmann, and Brian Edmonds serving as pallbearers.

A visitation will be held from 2 - 4 p.m. Sunday, November 27, 2022 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Betty Lehrmann passed away on Monday, November 21, 2022 in Cleburne. She was born in Oglesby, Texas on August 5, 1931, the daughter of Clara Hoppe and Newton Edmonds.

Betty married Marvin Lehrmann in McClennan County on February 4, 1950. Making their home in Cleburne, Betty was a familiar face working at Woolworth, A&P Grocery, Gibson's, and Safeway.

An active member of Westhill Church of Christ, she taught at Rainbow Preschool and also the "Cradle Roll" Bible class. Betty helped with "The Bridge" Clothing Benevolence Ministry and was very competitive in games played with the Silver Eagles.

She always said, "I married the best!" Her whole world revolved around faith and family, viewing life through "What Does the Bible Say?" Betty gave rides to elderly members to church services and as she aged and her health declined, she said the best medicine was hugs from her great grandkids.

Betty was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Marvin; and brothers, Bill and Jimmy Edmonds.

She is survived by her sons, Mike Lehrmann and wife, Lisa, and Steve Lehrmann and wife, Kelli, all of Cleburne; grandchildren, Brandon (Mary) Lehrmann, Christian (Kacey) Lehrmann, Lindsey (Tyler) Adams, and Cameron Lehrmann; great grandchildren, Beau, Cora, Sylvie, Gemma, Shepherd, and Colette; and several nieces, nephews, and other family members.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the charity of your choice.
