Memorial service for Billy Wayne Hall, 55, of Rio Vista, Texas, will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, August 29, 2026, at Henderson Street Baptist Church in Cleburne.  

Billy Hall passed away unexpectedly on Friday, July 24, 2026, in Dallas, Texas.
A visitation for family and friends was held from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, July 30, 2026, at Rosser Funeral Home.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
Billy was born on November 19, 1970, in Colorado City, Texas, to parents Yvonne (Blackstock) Hall and Larry Wayne Hall.
He possessed a gentle, comical spirit that drew people to him. Billy never met a stranger and had a gift for making others laugh, offering comfort, and reminding those around him to appreciate life's simple blessings.
On September 30, 2001, Billy married the love of his life, Andrea Douglas, in Godley, Texas.
He was a hardworking and devoted husband, a loving father and grandfather, and a faithful friend. He spent his life as a dedicated truck driver, working tirelessly to provide for his family while always making time for the people he loved most.
Billy found joy in life's simple pleasures. He loved the ocean, cherished days spent fishing, and delighted in every moment with his grandchildren, whom he adored beyond measure. His greatest treasures were never things, but the people God placed in his life. He loved deeply, laughed easily, and made those around him feel cared for and valued.
He is preceded in death by his father and his mother-in-law, Debbie Douglas.
Billy is survived by his wife, Andrea Hall; mother, Yvonne Hall; son, Tyler Douglas & wife, Tatum; daughter, Kristin Harwell and husband, Austin; brother, Roger Hall and wife, Lisa; and sister, Laura Reed and husband, Lynn; grandchildren, Greyson, Maddoxx, Easton, Walker, LJ, Saige, Karson, and Caroline; and many other family members and friends.
