Graveside services for Billy Jack Rotenberry, 72, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Rosehill Cemetery with a Celebration of Life service to follow.

Billy Jack Rotenberry was born in Cleburne, Texas on January 29, 1954, to Peggy Nell and Wylie Clifford Rotenberry.

A hard worker and family man, Billy Jack was a handy mechanic. Often described as stubborn, he loved to dance and loved music, especially Randy Travis, George Strait, and Gary Stewart. He was a jokester and never met a stranger. Billy Jack was an avid card player enjoying spades and poker and also enjoyed traveling and riding his motorcycle.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 34 years, Julie Neal.

Billy Jack is survived by his sons, Clifton Rotenberry and wife, Tabitha, Justin Rotenberry and wife, Rosie; and daughter, Penny Rotenberry; sister, Beverly Rampoldi; and seven grandchildren.
