Memorial service for Robert “Bobby” Vincent Burris, 76, of Alvarado will be conducted at 2:00 P.M., Friday, July 5, 2019 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Johnny Nickerson will officiate.
Robert “Bobby” Vincent Burris passed away Sunday, June 30, 2019 in Fort Worth. He was born April 5, 1943 in Sonoma, California to Katherine (Woody) and R.V. Burris. Bobby served in the United States Army. He was a retired truck driver and was of the Christian faith. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Wesley Burris; and sisters, Wanda Andrus and Judy Lackey.
Survivors include his brothers, Stanley Burris of Alvarado and Johnny Burris of Weatherford; sisters, Lola Crowder and Jerry Watson of Joshua, Betty Kubacki and husband Joe of Pennsylvania, Mary Ann Kubacki of Fort Worth, and Lois Jeffress and husband Paul of Burleson; and a host of other relatives and friends.
