Funeral services for Charles David Jowell, Sr., 87, of Arlington, Texas will be conducted at 12 p.m. Friday, July 3, 2026, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Keith Whitt officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2026, at Rosser Funeral Home.

Charles Jowell passed away Sunday, June 21, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born in Covington, Texas on February 10, 1939, the son of Maurice (Mitchell) and W. H. Jowell, Sr.   Charles married Lynda Lee on April 2, 1960, at First Baptist Church in Cleburne, Texas.
