Obituary for Patsy Chavis
A memorial service celebrating the life of Patsy Chavis, 87, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, December 31, 2021, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brian McClure officiating.
Mrs. Chavis passed away Sunday, December 27, 2021 in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Tillar, Arkansas, to Ruth (Dorman) and Henry Jewel Hargis.
Mrs. Chavis was a retired legal secretary.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Haston Chavis.
Mrs. Chavis is survived by her son, Vance Raymond Whitaker and wife, Dee, of Benton, Arkansas; daughter, Amie Seahorn and husband, Cole, of Cleburne; brother, Phil Hargis and wife, Sherry; sisters, Linda Hargrove and husband, Chuck, and Vickie Rulon and husband, Jerry, all of Branson, Missouri; and other family members and friends.
