Clark Emerson Cotner II, 75, of Cleburne, Texas passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2022.

He was born on March 7, 1947 in Salem, Missouri to Mary Lou (Wofford) and Clark E. Cotner.

Clark married Shirley R. Talley in Georgetown, Texas in 2015. He was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church.

Clark loved golf, shooting, and hunting.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Martin.

Clark is survived by his wife, Shirley Cotner of Cleburne; son, Clark Cotner III; daughters, Cathy Cotner, Suzette Austin and husband, Wes, and Sarah Deterh and husband, Philip; brother, James Cotner; sisters, Jane Cotner and Becky Cotner; and three grandchildren.
