Mr. Collazo-Irizarry was born in Puerto Rico on December 5, 1922, the son of Rosa (Irizarry) and Tomas Collazo.
He was a construction surveyor and is survived by his wife of 73 years, Rafaela (Jimenez) Collazo; his children, other family members, and friends.
