Funeral services for David Ray Pendleton, 74, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 3 p.m. Friday, January 12, 2024 at Bluebonnet Hills Memorial Park Mausoleum in Colleyville, Texas with the Rev. Charles Payne officiating.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2024 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Serving as pallbearers will be Justin Adair, Zackary Adair, Austen Pendleton, Gary Bowling, James Hammons III, and Billy Shannon. Honorary pallbearers will be Esaul Lopez, Salvador Garcia, Ray Blakeney, Drew Bowling, and Drew Martinez.

David Pendleton passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 in Fort Worth, Texas. He was born in Cleburne on February 13, 1949 to Mary DLoise (Hobbs) and Armer Hanks Pendleton.

David married Shirley Hammons on January 4, 1970 in Cleburne. He was the owner and operator of Pendleton's Auto Interiors.

He is preceded in death by his parents.

David is survived by his wife, Shirley Faye Pendleton of Cleburne; son, Randy Pendleton and Karen Adair, of Joshua, Texas; grandchildren, Victoria Pendleton of Joshua and Austen Pendleton of Dallas, Texas; step-grandchildren, Justin and Zackary Adair, both of Cleburne; sister, Shirley Cleo Kemp; niece, Ginger Torres and husband, Daniel; nephew, Gary Bowling and wife, Ashley, all of Cleburne; and many other family members and friends.
