A visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2026, at Rosser Funeral Home.

Debra passed away on Friday, June 19th, 2026 in Cleburne, Texas. She was born to Melba Faye and Hubert Hilton in Hillsboro, Texas on September 16th, 1953.

Debra married Dene Baxter on September 2,1976 in Cleburne, Texas. They were together 44 years before his passing. Though separated by death, her love for him never faded.

Debra was always willing to lend a helping hand-If you ever had a problem, she would be there. She had countless children and grandchildren that could always depend on her. Debra had two dogs-Misty, and Rusty, whom she loved more than anything. To her, those dogs were family and she spoiled them endlessly up until the day she was called home. Debra traveled with Dene for almost 30 years while he worked as a truck driver. While her family grieves her loss, they also smile knowing she is now reunited with the love of her life. We can only imagine the joyful reunion that took place.

Debra was preceded in death by her husband; Dene Baxter, parents; Melba Faye Hilton and Hubert Paul Hilton, sister;Shirley Ann Minyard, brother; Billy Hilton;and daughters; Rhonda Upchurch, Michelle Bilberry, Rachell Brewer, and Rebecca Brown.

She is survived by her life companion; Bill Dixon, sister; Kim Minard, son;James Henry, of Cleburne, daughter; Regina Henry, of Beaumont; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, one great-great grandchild; and a multitude of other family and friends;as well as her two furbabies, Misty and Rusty.
