Funeral services for Dora A. Morin, 79, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, October 10, 2026, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Helvis Moody officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery with Roy Chavez, Xavier Salazar, Nikko Velarde, Jeremy Williams, Ruperto Morin, Jr., and Guy McAnally serving as pallbearers.

There is no visitation scheduled.

Dora Morin passed away Wednesday, October 7, 2026, in Fort Worth, Texas. She was born in Roma, Texas on March 21, 1947, the daughter of Amelia and Carlos Alvarez.

Dora married Martin Morin, Jr. on April 1, 1964, in Rio Grande City, Texas. She was of the Catholic faith.

She is preceded in death by her parents; five brothers, two sisters, and her grandson, Matthew Morin.

Dora is survived by her husband, Martin Morin, Jr; son, Martin "Sonny" Morin, III and wife, Wanda; daughter, Marivel Chavez and husband, Roy; sisters, Delia Cruz and Minnie Rodolfo and husband, Pat; grandchildren, Stephanie Velarde and husband, Nikko, Kristy Salazar and husband, Xavier, Peter Chavez, and Jeremy Williams; great grandchildren, Emmett Salazar, Ezlynn Salazar, Eleanor Velarde, and Jaxston Williams; numerous nieces and nephews, other family members, and friends.
