Joshua TX—Masonic rites for George Peter Franci, 68, of Joshua, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, Nov. 7, 2011 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel in Cleburne, Texas.
The family will receive visitors from 5 – 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 6, 2011 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Mr. Franci passed away on Wednesday, November 02, 2011 in Cleburne. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on May 25, 1943, the son of Philomena (Tucciarone) and Peter Franci.
George served his country in the US Air Force. He was a 32 degree Mason and a Shriner.
George was preceded in death by his father.
He is survived by his mother, Philomena Franci of Milford, Conn.; brother, Peter Franci and wife, Nancy of Conn.; sister, Pat Generous and husband, David, of Sarasota, FL; sons, James Franci and wife, Ashley, of The Colony, TX, Lance McKinney of Colorado City, TX, Kevin Travitz and wife, Dana, of Burleson, TX, and Chad Travitz of Houston, TX; daughter, Mandi Carter and husband, Michael, of Godley, TX; former wife and friend, Margie Franci of Godley, TX; eight grandchildren; nephew, Marck Generous and wife, Heather, of Sarasota, FL; and niece, Dawn Kelly and husband, Jonathon, of England.
Memorials may be made to Moslha Shrine Center, P. O. Box 1320, Fort Worth, TX 76101-1320.
