Fredrick James McDaniel

Fredrick James McDaniel, 82, of Cleburne, Texas passed away Thursday, October 6, 2022 in Keene after a long illness. He was born September 11, 1940 in Marengo, Iowa to Vina May (Jenner) and Dr. John D. McDaniel.

Fred graduated high school from Robert Lee and graduated college with a Political Science degree from Hardin Simmons University. He served his country proudly in the United States Navy. Fred was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Charles McDaniel.

He is survived by his brother, John McDaniel of San Angelo, Texas; two sisters, Carolyn J. Simpson of San Angelo, Texas and LaVina McDaniel of Cleburne where Fred had lived for the past year.

A family memorial service will be held in honor of his memory.
