Percy Joe Glowski lost his battle with cancer on July 23, 2021 in Fort Worth. Percy was born September 10, 1939 to Joe and Virgie Glowski in Bremond, Texas.
He was a mechanic, farmer, bus driver and story teller. If it was broke, he could fix it. He loved to play dominoes and watch his grand and great grandchildren play. He enjoyed a good western. Gunsmoke will forever remind us of him.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Margaret; his wife of 48 years, Dona; daughter-in-law, Nona Bosher; parents, Joe and Virgie; brother, AJ Glowski and one sister, Bernice Moore.
Percy left behind his sons, Jerry Bosher and wife, Sandra of Burleson and Glenn Bosher of Joshua; daughter, Tammy Sims and husband, Phillip of Cleburne; grandchildren, Jeff, Jason, Jeremy, Amy, Andy, Rachael, Winston and Whitney; 20 great grandchildren; three great-great grandchildren; sister, Christine Smith and husband, Carl Pruitt of Cleburne; brothers, Joe Glowski and wife, Murphy of Oklahoma and Richard Glowski of Cleburne; numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
The next time you hear thunder, and there is no rain. Just smile and know it’s Paw shaking the dominoes in heaven.
