Funeral services for William Randall “W.R.” Hall, 93, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 30, 2014 at Faith Temple Church with the Rev. Weldon Coble officiating. Burial will follow at George’s Creek Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 6 – 8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 29, 2014 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Serving as pallbearers will be Casey Fry, Matthew Robinson, Luke Cash, Clay Carnelison, Kenneth Gallagher, and Randy Gallagher.
Mr. Hall passed away Sunday, Jan. 26, 2014 in Cleburne. He was born in Corsicana, Texas on Oct. 18, 1920.
W.R. married Katie Turner on May 4, 1945 in Midlothian, Texas. He served his country in the United States Army from D-Day through 1945. W.R. retired from Santa Fe Railroad, as a carman, after 31 years. He was a member of Faith Temple Church.
W. R. is survived by his wife, Katie Hall of Cleburne; sons, Alan “Buzzy” Hall and wife, Pam, of Fort Worth, Texas, Dennis Hall of Euless, and William Randall Hall, Jr and wife, Bibian, of Spring, Texas; daughters, Lynna Gallagher and husband, Gene, and Rhonda Oesch and husband, Scott, all of Cleburne; nine grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
