Memorial services for Billie Jean Hamilton, 85, of Granbury, Texas will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 19, 2021 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Stephen McCoy officiating.
There is no visitation scheduled.
Mrs. Hamilton passed away Friday, March 5, 2021 in Granbury. She was born in Roswell, New Mexico on March 28, 1935, to Francis and John Smith.
Mrs. Hamilton retired from her position of City Secretary for the City of Cleburne and was a member of The Heights, formerly Eastern Heights Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, daughter, Cheryl Hamilton; and husband, Marvin Hamilton Sr. in July of 2016.
She is survived by her son, Marvin Hamilton, Jr.; grandchildren, Tamera Hamilton, Taylor Moore, Tori Hamilton, and Nicole Powell; and 13 great grandchildren.
