Service for Floyd Holland, 80, of Joshua will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, March 14, 2019 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Visitation for family and friends will be from 6-8 p.m., Wednesday, at the funeral home.
Floyd Holland passed away Friday, March 8, 2019 in Cleburne. He was born August 29, 1938 in Egan, Texas to Cyntha (Owens) and Otto Holland.
Mr. Holland served in the United States Army and was a cattle trader. He loved lending a helping hand to those in need. Floyd was of the Christian faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents; son, Shawn Holland; daughter, Sharon Newell-Holland; and a sister, Dona Holland-Russell.
Survivors include his son, Michael Holland and wife, Wendy of Rio Vista; grandson, Mitchell Beckstrom; sister, Linda Jenkins; and many other relatives and friends who will miss him greatly.
