A memorial service for Tonya Vanesse Erdman-Huggins, 41, of Alvarado, Texas will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2012 at Rosser Funeral Home. The Rev. Tom Plumbley will officiate. There will be no visitation.
Tonya passed away on Saturday, Feb. 25, 2012 in Alvarado, Texas. She was born Dec. 23, 1970 in Amarillo, TX to Garry Erdman and Cynthia Stone.
She married David Huggins on Aug. 13, 2007 in River Oaks. Tonya graduated from Amarillo High School and she also earned her degree from Texas Woman’s University in Denton.
She was preceded in death by maternal and paternal grandparents; and one uncle.
Tonya is survived by her husband, David Huggins of Alvarado; father, Garry Erdman and wife Geanea of Amarillo; mother, Cynthia Dunn and husband Gary of Ft. Worth; daughters, Madison, Adalyn, and Avery Townsend of Alvarado; brother, Garry Erdman, Jr. of Amarillo; sisters, Andrea McDonald and husband Justin of Ft. Worth, Carmella Nodine and husband Quincy of Amarillo; many nieces, nephews, cousins; and best friend and soul sister, Sheri Snow.
Memorials can be made to Tonya and David Huggins at the Southwest Bank in Burleson 551 Southwest Wilshire Blvd for their daughter’s college funds.
