Funeral services for James Harold Duke, 80, of Rio Vista, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Monday, January 9, 2023 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Richard Justice officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery with Chris Deen, Logan Duke, Mikey Clinkscales, Allen Brewer, Shorty Rice, and Fred Duke serving as pallbearers.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 2 - 4 p.m. Sunday, January 8, 2023 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Mr. Duke passed away Saturday, December 31, 2022 in Keene, Texas. He was born in Booneville, Mississippi on July 9, 1942, the son of Irene (Ashby) and Benjamin Duke.

Mr. Duke managed the Cleburne Flea Market for many years and was a member of Bethel Temple in Cleburne.

He is preceded in death by his parents; wife, Sarah Duke; and infant son, James Duke, Jr.

Mr. Duke is survived by his son, Fred Duke and wife, Lisa, of Granbury, Texas; daughters, Rhonda Deen and husband, Chris, of Cleburne, Vegia Brewer of Whitney, Texas, and Terri Duke of Cleburne; grandchildren, Jamie, Logan, Mikey, Allen, Morgan, Samie Jo, and Caleb; 11 great grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild.
