Obituary for David R. Jewell
Graveside services for David R. Jewell, 65, of Grandview, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Friday, June 10, 2016 at Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday at Rosser Funeral Home in Cleburne, Texas.
Mr. Jewell passed away Tuesday, June 7, 2016 at his home. He was born in Fort Worth, Texas on January 14, 1951, the son of Oleta Belle (Hemby) and Robert Manuel Jewell.
David married Sherry A. Powell on May 16, 1981 in Cleburne.
He served in the United States Marine Corps and had been employed by Lonestar Ranch and Outdoor.
David is survived by his wife, Sherry of Grandview; brother, Rickey Jewell and wife, Wanda, of Grandview;
sisters, Pat Terry and husband, Mike, of Granbury, Texas and Jo Ann Holland of Melissa, Texas; and many other relatives and friends.
