Graveside services for Jo Frances Novosad, 84, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 12:30 P.M., Thursday, January 22, 2026 at Memorial Oaks Cemetery, 13001 Katy Fwy in Houston, Texas.

Jo Frances Novosad passed away on Saturday, January 17, 2026 in Cleburne. She was born August 13, 1941 in Lampasas to Hugh Lively and Leila (Kelly) Edwards.

She married Alton Novosad on February 9, 1980 in Katy, Texas and he preceded her in death.

Jo worked as a dental assistant and office manager and loved RVs, camping, hunting and fishing. She was a member of the Shepherd's Valley Cowboy Church in Alvarado.

Survivors include her daughter, Sheryl Simpson; granddaughter, Heather Homesley and husband Josh, all of Grandview; great grandchildren, Ryder and Jaxon; and several extended family and friends.
