Funeral services for Joe David Armstrong, 71, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, February 15, 2025, at Nolan River Road Baptist Church with the Rev. Larry York officiating. Burial will follow in Rosehill Cemetery.

A visitation for family and friends will be held form 10 – 11 a.m. prior to the service.

Joe Armstrong passed away in Cleburne on Saturday, February 1, 2025. He was born in Cleburne on November 21, 1953, the son of Billie Colleen (Shields) and J. D. Armstrong, Jr.  

Joe married Terri Reeves on January 19, 1980, in Cleburne, Texas.

Joe worked in the parts department at Lockheed-Martin and was a member of the Nolan River Road Baptist Church. Joe was a loving husband, father, and brother.

He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, John Armstrong.

Joe is survived by his wife of 45 years, Terri Armstong and son, Nathan Armstong, both of Cleburne; sister, Prudence Armstrong Scott of Houston, Texas; mother-in-law, Marceille Reeves; and various other relatives and friends.
