Graveside services for Anita Joan Jones, 83, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Greenacres Memorial Park with Pastor Adam Mathews officiating.
A visitation will be held from 9:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. prior to the start of the service.
Anita Jones passed away Saturday, September 25, 2021 in Mansfield, Texas. She was born in Cleburne on April 9, 1938, the daughter of Nannie and Leonard Owens.
Anita married Thomas Jones on August 5, 1955 in Covington, Texas. She was a homemaker and was a member of Nolan River Road Baptist Church.
Anita was preceded in death by her daughter, Rebecca Lynn Aclin and son, Thomas Mark Jones.
She is survived by her husband, Thomas W. Jones of Cleburne; son, Michael Jones and wife, Tina, of Arlington, Texas; granddaughters, Erin Aclin Hooker and husband, Chris, of Austin, Texas and Aubrey Jones and boyfriend, Connor Hicks, of Arlington; grandson, Brad Aclin of Cleburne; step-granddaughter, Brittany Gilbreath and husband, Brad, of Waxahachie, Texas; step-grandson, Blaze Fuller of Arlington; 11 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
