A memorial service for Joyce Elaine Cyphers, 87, of Keene, Texas will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, August 15, 2026 in the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church with Elder Ingo Sorke officiating. Serving as honorary pallbearers will be Pat Jones, Bob Hedges, Ryan Howerton, Lee Montoya, Keith Dobbs, Stephen Neptune, Matthew Heinrich, Cory Kasperson, and Jason White.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6-8:00 p.m., Friday, August 14, 2026 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Joyce Elaine Cyphers passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026 in Keene. She was born on August 10, 1938 in Florence, Mississippi to Clarence and Allene (Hasty) Wellman.

Joyce was a retired church secretary. She loved the Lord, Christian music, flowers, butterflies, birds, and her family. She enjoyed cooking, sewing, quilting, and traveling. Joyce did prison ministry and visited all 50 states during her travels. She was preceded in death by her parents, three husbands Jim Heinrich, Ken Williams and Gayln Cyphers; and one son Dale Heinrich.

Survivors include her sons Mike Heinrich and wife Donna and Barry Heinrich and wife Annette; six grandchildren Brianna White, Crystal Kasperson, Ashlee Neptune, Brianne Sterneman, Jennifer Donatella, and Matthew Heinrich; 5 great grandchildren; sister, Nelda Crowley and husband Fred; and many extended family and friends.
