Funeral services for Joyce Ann Emmert, 89, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, November 6, 2023 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. John Hall officiating.

Joyce Ann Emmert passed away on Thursday, November 2, 2023 in Cleburne. She was born September 3, 1934 in Cleburne, Texas to Alice (Petty) and Daniel Hix Burt.

Joyce was a retired bank teller and a member of Field Street Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Dan Emmert; grandson, Matt Wallace; two brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include her son, Eric Morton and wife, Lori of Cleburne; daughters, Dianne Choate and Marla Fagan; stepchildren, Dana Butler of Lake Highland Village and Scott Emmert of Arlington; eight grandchildren, Marcie McMahan and husband, Mark, Ashley Wallace, Chad Fagan and wife, Krystal, Erica Fagan, Emily Morton, Joseph Morton, Courtney Butler Barth and husband, Zack, and Brent Butler; numerous great and great-great grandchildren; other family members and friends.
