Juan Miguel Torres, 84, of Fort Worth passed away on Friday, October 4, 2025 in Denton. He was born March 28, 1941 in Honduras to Juan Torres and Isabella Coello. He married Essie Anette Holcomb on January 27, 1967 in Marshall, Texas.

Mr. Torres served his country proudly in the United States Air Force, retiring with 20 years of service. He loved spending time with his family and friends, going fishing and gambling.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and six sibling.

Survivors include his beloved wife of more than 58 years, Essie Anette Torres; son, Juan Miguel Torres and wife, Kristine; daughter, Cynthia Denise Torres; granddaughter, Raegan Stone and Riley Stone; a host of other extended family; and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, November 14, 2025 at Bethel Temple Assembly of God Church with the Reverend Mike Mizell officiating. Inurnment will be in the DFW National Cemetery.
