A memorial service for Keith Edward Jilge, 61, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, May 21, 2022 at the Keene Memorial Park, 301 Pioneer Drive, in Keene.


Keith Edward Jilge passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 22, 2022 at his home. He was born January 2, 1961 in San Jose, California to Naomi Carol (Dunlap) and James Jilge. Keith graduated from Cleburne High School and studied business and finance at UTA. He also had a APS and PDS in Emergency Management and was Master Certified with the Ford Corporation.


Keith loved his community and was involved with the Cleburne Rotary Club for several years. He served as the President of the Keene Chamber of Commerce and volunteered as an Emergency Management Coordinator for several local communities.  Keith loved the outdoors, especially with his girls and their weekly date nights with them. He was very family oriented and was a huge animal lover, especially dogs. Keith was preceded in death by his brother, Kevin Gene Jilge and both sets of grandparents.


Survivors include his beloved wife of 34 years, Lisa Cagle Jilge; two beautiful daughters, which were his pride and joy, Sarah Jilge Forbes and husband, Billy of Fort Worth and Lydia Jilge Tomerlin and husband, Collin and granddaughter, Amelia Tomerlin, all of Cleburne; parents, James and Carol Jilge and parents in love, Terry and Julie Cagle, all of Cleburne; many sister and brothers-in-law; and multiple nieces and nephews.
