Lyndal Jones Wilkerson

Lyndal Jones Wilkerson, 84, of Cleburne, Texas passed away on Wednesday, November 9, 2022 at her home in Cleburne, Texas. She was born December 11, 1937 in Cleburne to Mayme (Wheeler) and Cal Jones. A private service will be held at a later date.

She was an avid horse woman, involved in rodeo, barrel racing and horse racing throughout her life. She loved to help young people learn to ride, especially young barrel racers. She was known for rescuing animals and wanted to see them all have a good home. Please consider donating to your local animal shelter or rescue in Lyndal’s name.

She is survived by her children Michelle Morse of Cleburne, Gregg and Debbie Morse of Staunton, Virginia and William Stefan Morse of Alexandria, Virginia. She also leaves behind granddaughters Taylor Morse and Gillian Morse as well as sister Anne Bailey, nieces and great-nieces.
