A memorial service for Marie Opal Burns will be conducted at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 20, 2024 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel.

Marie passed away Monday, December 25, 2023 in Fort Worth, Texas at the age of 71. She was born in Prince George County, Virginia on January 21, 1952, the daughter of Emily (Weaver) and George Tabor.

Marie married Lawrence Burns on March 14, 1970 in Everman, Texas.

She is survived by her husband; sons, Mark and Rodger Burns; grandchildren, Dylan and Megan; and other family members and friends.
