Graveside services for Marjorie E. Kober, 82, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10:15 a.m. Friday, February 20, 2026, at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery with Pastor Ron Patterson officiating.

Friends may visit with the family from 6 - 8 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Rosser Funeral Home.

Marjorie passed away on February 17, 2026, in Cleburne, Texas.
She was born in Hackensack, New Jersey on May 22, 1943, to Muriel Minnie (Rose) and Arthur Edward Smith.

She married Ernst Ludwig Kober on December 23, 1962, in Hackensack, New Jersey. She was a member of the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents; grandson, Davy Patterson; and son-in-law, Eddie Perez.

Marjorie is survived by her husband, Ernst L. Kober of Cleburne; daughters, Diann Perez of Cleburne and Barbara Patterson and husband, David, of Sand Flat, Texas; son, Robert Kober and wife, April of Salisbury, Maryland; sister, Barbara Paskenalis of Cleburne; grandchildren, Sabrina Perez, Eddie Perez, Doris Patterson, Heidi Patterson, Andrew Patterson, LeeAnn Patterson, Nickolas Kober and spouse, Emma, and Melana Kober; great grandchild, Katie Perez; and other family members and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the animal shelter of your choice.
