Marshall “Rowdy” Darrel Bosher, 62, of Miller Grove, Texas, passed away on Monday, January 12, 2026. Born in Cleburne, Texas, on March 26, 1963, Marshall was the son of Darrel Wayne Bosher and Sharon (Inge) Bosher. He married Laurie Lynne Hartman and they made their home in Miller Grove Texas.

Marshall lived his life with a wholehearted love that left a lasting imprint on everyone he met. Known for his sincerity, his steady presence, and the way he listened with genuine interest, Marshall cared deeply for people. He loved fully, honestly, and without hesitation. Friends from his college years and throughout his life remember him as someone who always showed up — for family, for friends, for neighbors, and even for strangers who simply needed a hand. His generosity was quiet but unwavering, rooted in a true desire to make life better for others.

Marshall also possessed a remarkable gift for humor. He was a natural storyteller, able to turn everyday moments into tales that brought laughter to any room. His timing, expressions, and ability to draw people into his stories made him unforgettable. His humor created connection, warmth, and joy, and it became one of the many ways he shared his love with those around him.

A devoted animal lover, Marshall, found peace and comfort in the companionship of animals throughout his life. Whether caring for strays, tending to farm animals, or doting on beloved pets, he offered them the same tenderness he gave to the people he cherished. In honor of his lifelong devotion, the family requests that donations be made to the Sulphur Springs Animal Shelter.

Marshall is preceded in death by his parents, Darrel and Sharon Bosher. He is survived by his wife, Laurie Hartman-Bosher of Miller Grove; his children, Colby Ann Birdsell (Jeff) of Burleson and Marshall Rhet Bosher (Karen Collier) of Austin; his brothers, Cody Blake Bosher (Karen) of Grandview and Mark Wayne Bosher of Waxahachie; and a large extended family of nieces, nephews, and grandchildren who loved him dearly.

Marshall will be remembered as a man who lived with heart — one who loved deeply, laughed freely, gave generously, and left the world softer, kinder, and much brighter than he found it.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
