Mike (PeeWee) Johnson

Graveside services for Mike "PeeWee" Johnson, 56, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 12 P.M. Noon, Saturday, July 30, 2022 at the Rio Vista Cemetery.  All are welcome to attend and the family would like Mike's friends to come in casual attire and of course golf shirts and golf shorts are encouraged!!  A lunch will be served after the service at First Baptist Church of Rio Vista, 201 S. Cleburne-Whitney Road, in Rio Vista.

A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6- 8 p.m. Friday, July 29, 2022 at Rosser Funeral Home.

Mike passed away Sunday, July 24, 2022. He was born in Cleburne on August 3, 1965, the son of Lula Oneita (Forsythe) and Royce Dwain "Bud" Johnson.

Mike married Tonya Benton on November 26, 1994 in Cleburne and together they raised two wonderful sons, Houston and Garrett. Mike had several passions during his life: motocross, hunting, golf, but his greatest love was watching his boys play baseball.

He was preceded in death by his father, Bud Johnson; aunt, Bea Worlow; and uncle, Harold Forsythe.

Mike is survived by his wife, Tonya Johnson; mother, Oneita Johnson; sons, Houston and Garrett Johnson; and uncle, Claud Worlow; and many other family members and friends.
