Funeral services for Bobby Joe Millsap, 86, of Rio Vista, Texas will be conducted at 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 14, 2021 in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Pastor Jacky Mears will officiate. Burial will follow in Rio Vista Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Wade Bingham, Heath Hogan, Johnny Moser, Michael Maness, Justin Malcik and Ronnie Smith.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 4-6:00 P.M., Sunday, June 13, 2021 at Rosser Funeral.
Bobby Joe Millsap passed away Wednesday, June 9, 2021 in Fort Worth. He was born December 17, 1934 in Cleburne to Alice Verna (Moser) and John Frank Millsap. He married his sweetheart, Betty Sue Schafer on May 4, 1957 in Cleburne.
Mr. Millsap was a farmer and a rancher. He owned B&L Farms and was a member of the Masonic Lodge No. 315 and the Central Church of Christ. Bobby was preceded in death by his parents; son, Larry Joe Millsap and sister, Judy Kite.
Survivors include his beloved wife of 64 years, Betty Sue Millsap of Rio Vista; son, Mike Millsap and wife, Vikki of Cleburne; daughters, Donna Millsap of Rio Vista and Susie Stevens and husband, Ken of Cleburne; daughter-in-law, Pam Millsap of Rio Vista; grandchildren, Brooklyn Graves, Lindsey Maness, Justin Malcik, Jason Amis, and Hannah Yeager; great grandchildren, Sloane Maness and Reese Maness; niece, Stephanie Johnson of Burleson and a host of other relatives and friends.
