Elizabeth Ann “Liz” Pickett
A memorial service celebrating the life of Elizabeth Ann “Liz: Pickett, 58, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013 at Friendship Baptist Church with Bro. Brian McClure officiating.
Mrs. Pickett passed away on Friday, Jan. 18, 2013 in Fort Worth, Texas.
“Liz” as she was known to family and friends, was born in Cleburne on March 29, 1954, the daughter of Bobbie Jean (Sullivan) and William Walter May. She married Timothy Joseph Pickett on March 6, 1977 in Cleburne. Liz was a homemaker and was a member of Friendship Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one grandson, Layton LaFountain.
Liz is survived by her husband, Tim Pickett of Cleburne; daughters, Carrie LaFountain and husband, Brad, of Cleburne, Stacy LaFountain and husband, Brian, of Blum, Texas and Amy Pickett of Kopperl; brothers, William May of Cresson, Texas and Dwight May of Cleburne; sister, Melba May of Tennessee; grandchildren, Colton Hutto, Katie LaFountain, Hailey LaFountain and Ethan LaFountain; and a host of other relatives and friends.
