Richard Charles Wiggin, 65, of Cleburne, Texas passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2025 in Cleburne surrounded by his family. Richard was born September 6, 1960 in Columbus, Mississippi to Harry Owen and Zola Florine (Lester) Wiggin.

Richard above all else loved Jesus, his family, and his church family. He was a dedicated prayer warrior, always praying for and with people and helping others in need. Richard was a great fisherman, an avid Dallas Cowboys fan, gave the best hugs, and enjoyed going on weekly trips to the flea market in his truck. On weekends he could be found cheering on the band and football teams for his grandsons. He was the loudest and proudest grandpa!

He was preceded in death by his parents; one brother, Raymond Wiggin; one niece, Chrystal; and his love, Roxanne.

Survivors include his daughter, Shanna Kelly and husband Travis of Weatherford; his beloved grandsons, Travis and Tyler; two brothers, Randy Wiggin and wife Lana and Ronnie Wiggin and wife Susie, all of Cleburne; aunt, Reba Stephens; one niece and five nephews and their families; his fur babies; several other relatives; and many friends.

A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at the Heights Church in Cleburne.
