Helene Lyda Sheppard, 77, of Keene passed away Wednesday, March 29, 2017 in Fort Worth, Texas. The family will hold a memorial service at 2 p.m. Saturday, April 8, 2017 at the Keene Seventh-day Adventist Chapel. James Winegardner will officiate.
Helene was born on November 3, 1939 in Waterloo, Iowa to Lyda Lillian (Whitcher) and Dallas Cecil Ewing.
She was a member of the Keene Seventh Day Adventist Church.
Mrs. Sheppard was preceded in death by her parents; and son, William Robert Sheppard, Jr.
She is survived by her sons, Richard Sheppard and wife, Julie, of Keene, Douglas Sheppard and wife, Cassandra of Princeton, Tx; daughter, Christine Jobe, of Keene; brother, Dallas Cecil Ewing II, and wife, Sandy, of Mollala, Or; four grandchildren, William Robert Sheppard III, Samantha Sheppard, Savannah Sheppard, Madison Jobe; great grandson, William Ever Sheppard, and other relatives and friends.
