Funeral services for Jim Bob Simmons, Jr., 63, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 10 a.m. Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at Cleburne Faith Depot. Burial will follow at Greenacres Memorial Park.
A visitation for family and friends will be held from 6 – 8 p.m. Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Jim Bob passed away Saturday, September 26, 2020 in Cleburne. He was born in Abilene, Texas on April 23, 1957, the son of Billie (Miller) and Jim Bob Simmons.
Jim Bob married Jane Mueller on April 24, 2006 at Cleburne Faith Depot.
He was preceded in death by his parents and late wife, Nancy Jane Simmons.
Jim Bob is survived by his wife, Jane Simmons of Cleburne; daughters, Sarah Turner and husband, Will, of Kennedale, Texas, Bethany Cagle and husband, Andrew, also of Kennedale, and Jessica Diaz and husband, J. D. of Midlothian, Texas; grandchildren, Bailey, Eli, John Ryan, Natalie, Harry, Jenna, Bella, and Jett; brother, Steve Simmons and wife, Cheryl, of Cleburne; and sisters, Darla Green and husband, Rick, of Cleburne and Delisa Turner of Waxahachie, Texas. He was also a father to StarrLynn Riley and husband, Cliff and Lacie Bledsoe and husband, Michael and PaPa to Taylor, Lane, Wyatt, Savannah, Gabrielle, Emma and Ethan.
