Obituary for Gary John Richard Smith
Memorial services for Gary John Richard Smith, 75, of Grandview, Texas will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, March 14, 2015, at Rosser Funeral Home.
Gary passed away Saturday March 7, 2015. He was born April 20, 1939 to Floyd and Jane Smith and grew up in DeWitt, Iowa.
A longtime member of the Masonic Lodge, he spent his career in the residential and commercial building market before retiring to the family ranch in Grandview.
Gary is survived by his loving wife of 53 years, Sharon Smith; children, Douglas and Elizabeth Smith of Grandview and Jay Smith of Fort Lauderdale, Florida; grandchildren, Shayne Smith, Cody and Myshel Smith; great-grandchildren, DeeJay Dulany, Baylee Smith, Ryan Garcia, Dean Smith and Morgan Smith.
