Obituary for Sylvia Rebecca Smith
Graveside services for Sylvia Rebecca Smith, 82, of Cleburne, Texas will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday, January 17, 2022 at Keene Memorial Park Cemetery with Pastor Michael Gibson officiating.
Ms. Smith passed away Tuesday, January 11, 2022 in Dallas, Texas. She was born in Memphis, Tennessee on January 9, 1940, the daughter of Dorthy Ann (Russell) and Ben Holt.
Ms. Smith was retired from Safeway Grocery and was a member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Ms. Smith is survived by her sons, David Wayne Smith and wife, Belinda, of Joshua, Texas and Robert Smith and wife, Marti, of Fort Worth, Texas; brother, Russell Holt and wife, Judy, of Napa, Idaho; sister, Elaine Carpenter and husband, Mel, of Burleson, Texas; six grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and other family members and friends.
