Sylvia "Sissy" Haycox-Jordan, 69, of Cleburne, Texas passed away Monday, October 26, 2026, at her home.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

She was born in Bavaria, Germany on May 10, 1957, to Brunhilde (Hartungt) and Hans Rockmann. She married Roger Jordan on May 1, 2010, in Alvarado, Texas.

A gifted seamstress and cook, Sylvia enjoyed sewing, knitting, gardening, and cooking, especially making German Christmas cookies with the grandkids. She was of the Lutheran faith.

Sylvia is preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Pia Riedel; granddaughter, Valerie Riedel; grandson, Kiah Riedel; and brothers, Klaus, Reinhard, Roland, and Heinz.

She is survived by her husband, Roger Jordan of Cleburne; sons, Timo Riedel and wife, Conny of Ranger, Texas and Nick Haycox of Burleson, Texas; daughters, Stephanie Riedel and Natalie Haycox and husband, Bobby, all of Cleburne; brother, Udo Rockmann and spouse, Grover, of Germany; sisters, Heidi Davis and Guly English and husband, Matthew, all of Burleson, and Dagmar Rockmann of Germany; grandchildren, Sabrina, Mathu and wife, Alanis, Kaylee and husband, Tyler, Lexi and husband, Caleb, Aariyah, and husband, Ethan, Tori, Brayden, Nicholas, Emi, and Layla; great grandchildren, Evangeline, Emmarie, Koa, Elijah, and Jayce; and many other family members and friends.
