Graveside services for Margaret Sue Thomason, 92, of Cleburne, Texas will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 2, 2015 at Cottonwood Cemetery near Jacksboro, Texas. The Rev. Kim Long will officiate.
There is no visitation scheduled.
Serving as honorary pallbearers will be David Denning, Edward Denning, Keith Denning, Anthony Denning, Chris Patterson and Bradley Patterson.
Ms. Thomason passed away Monday, Sept. 28, 2015 in Cleburne. She was born in Bryson, Texas on May 1, 1923, the daughter of Vera (Caldwell) and Clarence Denning, Sr.
Ms. Thomason proudly served her country during WWII in the Women’s Air Corps (WAC). She was retired, having been employed as a secretary with the Richardson Texas Police Dept.
Ms. Thomason was of the Methodist faith.
She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Clarence Denning, Jr. and John Denning; and sisters, Dorothy Giserman and Mary Langston.
Ms. Thomason is survived by her daughter, Cathy Patterson and husband, Will, of Cleburne; brother, Jim Denning and wife, Janice, of Richardson; sister-in-law, Alice Denning of Cleburne; and grandchildren, Chris, Stefanie, Bradley and Suzanne Patterson.
