RIO VISTA - Services for Charlotte Renee Tillison, 18, will be conducted at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 17, 2012 at Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Grange Hall Cemetery in Rio Vista. The family will receive visitors 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 16, 2012 at Rosser Funeral Home.
Charlotte passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 in Rio Vista, Texas. She was born Feb. 15, 1994 in Fort Worth, Texas to Charles Ray and Shelly Welch Tillison. Charlotte was a senior at Rio Vista High School and a member of First Baptist Church of Rio Vista.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Charles and Vera Welch.
She is survived by her parents, Charles and Shelly Tillison of Rio Vista; sister, Sara Williams of Rio Vista; grandparents, Billy and Elaine Tillison of Yantis, Texas; aunt, Patty Allen of Bowie, Texas; and niece, Kadenze Quzma of Rio Vista.
