Funeral services for Tony Dee Worthington, 76, of Hillsboro, Texas will be conducted at 11 a.m. Thursday, September 10, 2026, in the Rosser Funeral Home Chapel. The Rev. Kevin Whitt will officiate.

A visitation will be held from 10 -11 a.m. prior to the service.

Tony Worthington passed away Monday, September 7, 2026, in Hillsboro. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on September 22, 1949, the son of Elizabeth Ann (Ramsey) and Phillip Worthington.

Tony was a man of many interests. He was a faithful member, deacon, and choir member of North Cleburne Baptist Church. He enjoyed a wide variety of music from the Gaithers to Olivia Newton John. Tony loved fishing, traveling - especially to Colorado, and sports. He loved the Dallas Cowboys, Texas Rangers, and the Colorado Avalanche.

He was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ruth Bingham Worthington; and son, Terry Joe Bryan.

Tony is survived by his son Bryan Worthington and wife, Pamela; daughter, Jamie Luna and husband, Jose; grandchildren, Brandon Worthington, Hailey Luna, Ava Luna, and Lucas Luna; and other family members and friends.
